Thanks so much, I am trying to get started and wondering why AirBnB doesn't provide some sort of template to get started. Granted lots of variety, but could even do region/geo specific.

I think it's a good start but I would suggest making sections with some type of navigation at the top. The one pager can work but it's a little difficult to follow.
