missed by the cancellation of the reservation in San gil Santander, when they had charged half the money and were more than 5 days to get to the apartment. Also there was no full refund of the money. Little seriousness !!!

Your posting  is not clear to me:

Are you guest and your reservation was cancelled ?

Or are you a host and you cancelled a reservation ?

I'm a guest and my reservation Was cancelled

@Ruben143,

If the host cancelled the reservation, you should receive full refund. If not, contact Airbnb. Also complain about this situation, maybe they can relocate you or give some bonus:
