REFUND FOR DEBIT CARD USERS

hi am from philippines. First time to book and cancel using my debit card. It makes me so nervous if will I get refunded. Yesterday is the transaction and they notified me that I can get the refund on the 13th now they moved it on the 16th. If the refund is really immediate as they say,why do they need like 7 or more business days to refund if its already sorted out IMMEDIATELY? my bank would not interfere if they transfer back the money.. Actually it will just accept whatever money will be deposited.. Any comments about this? Anyone who had been on my same situation on my country?how did it worked out? This is too frustrating.
