Are there any hosts in RochesterKent UK? I have a 2 bed flat in Rochester and am considering to use for airnb. Looking for advise and direction if this is a good location for airnb business and how to go about it from the experienced hosts. Thanks

There is lots of information on this community in terms of tutorials and guides to help you understand how Airbnb works @Klassy0  and if you look at the Airbnb Help website it has Q&As around the basics of managing your STR business through Airbnb.

in terms of the area - do your market research - what similar places are available on Airbnb and other platform? What are they charging. You can look at Airdna to check occupancy and speak to your local tourist board (if tourists are your target market)

Obviously the market has tanked in the last year with Covid unless you have self-catering accommodation in the main coastal resorts .

there are experienced super hosts including in your area who act as co-hosts to help you set up your listing and manage your listing . If that's of interest join a host group on FB for the UK or South East and ask for recommendations and they can give you a quote.
