Hi there! I've been Aibnb-ing my place since late last year and I am about to commence employment with British Airways. Their resourcing is pretty thorough and I may need a reference from Airbnb if they decide to class it as "employment". Can anyone help?

Unless you work for Air BNB as well, your profile is not employment.  If you read the terms and conditions you will see that the relationship is not employee/employer.

You need a reference from your current/previous employer.

Airbnb is simply a lettings service.

They aren't your employer.
