Referring but nothing for it

I'm curious, hope you can help. 

I have referred two hosts and both of them have received bookings but I can't see them in my profile and I can't see that I'm receiving and referral money for the "job". 

Who can I contact regarding this?

@Isabelle283 You'll have to contact Airbnb about this.

But first check that both you and the host have met the terms and conditions. For example did they set up their profile using the link from you - are they new to Airbnb - has their first booking exceeded the min amount required (excl cleaning fees etc) - has the reservation been completed- etc
