Refund from airbnb

Hi we were guests and made a booking payment to airbnb. Now the host has cancelled the booking how do I get my refund back from airbnb. 

And the other matchng property which airbnb have sent doesn't match our requirement.

If your booking was cancelled, Air BNB will refund the money to your payment method.  It is my understanding this can take a couple of weeks.  If you need to contact Air BNB, here is a guide for contacting them.
