Refund of Airbnb Service Fee

One week ago, I booked a stay for the year 2010. Now I would like to know if I would get back the Service Fee in case of a cancellation today. I found the following policies in my personal booking.

Moderate: Full refund within limited period

• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
• The Airbnb service fee is refundable up to 3 times per year if the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in. If booked less than 14 days before check-in, the service fee is only refundable up to 48 hours after booking AND at least 5 days before check-in. It isn’t refundable if the guest cancels a reservation that overlaps with any part of an existing reservation.

So I understand that in case of cancelling today, as I didn't book less than 14 days before check-in and I have no more reservation done on Airbnb, I would get Full refund, including the Airbnb service fee, isn't it?

Something is confusing me:

You wrote: I booked a stay for 2010 ?  Do you own a time machine ;>) 

So you probably mean: I booked in stay in the year 2020

So then the booking is definitily more then 14 days before check-in !

Sorry. Yes, of course, I booked the stay for 2020. 

What stunked me is the general Cancellation policy, which is different than the one I posted above and which I received when I booked:

The service fee is refundable up to 3 times per year if you cancel within 48 hours of booking the reservation.

The service fee isn’t refundable if, at the time you cancel your reservation:

• It’s been more than 48 hours since you booked the reservation
• You’ve already canceled 3 reservations within the last 12 months
• The reservation you're canceling overlaps with another reservation in your account

For reservations in Italy, or reservations booked by South Korean travelers:

The Airbnb Service fee is refundable up to 3 times per year, if the reservation you’re canceling doesn't overlap with another reservation in your account.

Note: Your host’s cancellation policy still applies to the rest of your reservation. Refer to the cancellation policy on your reservation to get more details about what's refundable.

So my question was, which one is the valid one.  I guess the one I booked. But I was told by people that Airbnb never refunds the Service Fee. So what is true?
