@Michael3354 it depends on the situation, was it extenuating circumstances, how long in advance was the cancelation, what kind of cancelation policy was the booking for... give us a bit more info so that we can give you a correct answer.
The bookng was made for the 9th of August. So i am happy that they get the refund, as i have had people book privatly for that evening. So i would like them to be refunded.
@Michael3354 they will get refunded automatically according to your cancelation policy. If according to your policy they don't get a refund you can refund them yourself after you get the money on your account which will be 24h after their check in day.
