Hello! I cancelled my reservation on 12 th March and after 15 days the Airbnb didn’t send back my money . Does anyone CAN help me? My Credit card is Hungarian
For credit card it can take up to 15 business days, that means 3 weeks. You can also send them a message to inquire. Simply go to www.airbnb.com/help and scroll all the way down to the "contact us" button and follow the directions.
Also take a look at the details of the cancelled reservation to make sure you are supposed to receive any refund.
