We are new to Airbnb. We have just bought our home and agreed to honor the reservations made by the previous owner. We made a payment to her and the internet was supposed to be good until Sept. 1. So we had not changed the internet account to our own. The last guests and current guests reported that it was not working. I was in contact with the previous owner who contacted Time Warner who asserted that Internet was coming into the apartment. It is evidently the modem that needs to be replaced. However, when we learned there was a problem, we arranged to have our Internet expanded to the apartment. Unfortunately, that will not happen until next Tuesday. The current guests have been inconvenienced by the lack of internet and are requesting a refund. How much should that be? And how do we go about doing that?
