Refunding long-term reservation

Hi,

If I booked with full payment for around 2 months, can I change my booking later? I see the long term booking cancellation policy is bit confusing. It says, fully refundable, minus first month.... what does it mean? First month rent can never be refundable, if I cancel even 1 month before of check in? Please clarify. Thanks in advance.

You are correct, firsts payment is not refundable if cancelled before check-in date.

(The cleaning fee is refundable)
