I cancelled on a guest because I wasn't able to host on those particular dates (fluke) - and I messaged the guest and told her I would like to contribute $60 toward her next rental. Does anyone know how to do this? Since the cancellation it looks like I don't really have much control over this.
@Lindsey-and-Alec0 So when you go to your list of reservations, you do not have this guest listed with a cancelled reservation? Or, are you trying some other way? Be sure to look at your reservation history not your up and coming reservations. Scroll to the botton and click on view all reservation history if the name does not appear.
