It is great that Airbnb is offering Superhost 5k relief program. However; I'm very disappointed to see that suddenly my superhost status in gone and the Superhost policy requirement has change from: Becoming a Superhost after hosting at least 10 trips overall, to (10 trips in one year).
I have a 5-start rating, Positive reviews and 100% response rate - I see profiles in the same area as mine with; the exact of even less star review, less response rate and less reviews and their profiles show as Superhost - How can that be possible? I could really use the 5k relief during this difficult times.

@Mya104 When you look at your Progress page for the April 1st assessment, what does it say under your rating criteria? - there must be something you didn't meet, unless it was just a tech glitch.

@Mya104 This "Superhost relief" is not a subsidy that's being distributed to everyone who meets the posted criteria. And there is no application - Airbnb claims it will invited selected users to apply, and we'll never know how many.
You can tell what a clever move this was in terms of press, based on how easily you and many other hosts were duped into thinking this money might actually be available to you. But regardless of your Superhost status, it probably never was. Whatever you need to do to get through these hard times, please move forward with the assumption that you're not going to get any aid from Airbnb.

Has anyone as a superhost and qualified for all criteria for the relief programm for superhost in need being called?.. i am qualified but i cannot/or dont see where i can apply and they tell me i have to wait for their call?..
I lost all my reservations cause they were all in march/april/may and i do Airbnb cause i have no job..
i am wondering if any of you have been called.especially in Holland

According to your listing you only have six reviews, so I am not sure how you would have qualified for superhost status previously???
I've heard nothing about refund for a cancelled booking that qualified under C19 criteria or the relief programme. (Had a booking from March 20th-May 31st that was booked in Feb)
I see there is info about these 25% refunds for hosts being processed in batches, but I've had no email about eligible cancellation/refund nor the support relief fund, just FYI. Superhost status was confirmed recently.
