Replying to Reviews

I'm still fairly new to Aibnb hosting, still a few months in. I haven't yet responded to a guest's review. But it seems like that feature has been taken away, or at least hidden where I can't find it. I have a guest who suggested an accomodation for which I've since rectafied, and I wanted to respond to their review to thank them for the feedback, but I no longer see the option to respond to their review.

Is that functionality still available?

In order for you to see your guests or host's review, you do need to respond within the specified time. I think 24 hours. Try to respond in a timely fashion and it should work for you.

It is, at least here. I responded this morning to a recent review - Mac OS X, Chrome.

But the tech team's newest brain fart has led to all the reviews being jumbled according to some unfathomable order with even the oldest being resurrected to look recent   😕
