Hi there - I'm a co-host on a listing and the guest lost the house keys. I'm trying to initiate a claim from her but soon as I click "send or request money' it routes me to the Resolutiuons page where I can't seem to ask her for any money. The page doesn't offer me any option to request the funds, it simply refers me back to the inbox in an infinite loop. Can anyone help? Do co-hosts have permission to request funds?
Hi @Andrew108 Co-hosts don't have permission to send or request money- this needs to be done from the account of the listing admin, either by them directly, or by you if they share their login info.
