I am trying to change the reservation of my guest, to anticipate his checkout date for today, but when I visit the dashboard to change the reservation, the earliest checkout available date is tomorrow. How can I select the checkout date for today once he has already left the apartment?

You cannot. The cut off period to end the reservation today has passed.

What you can do is open a case through the resolution center and send a refund for one day if that was your intention.
