Where do guests approve reservation changes? I had a guest request an extra night. I made the change, it's now showing up as pending. My guest doesn't know how to appove and I've never made a change as a guest so I am unfamiliar with the process.

You guest will get an email and it will also appear in their reservations/travel list - there is a link to click on to accept the amended reservation (or Special Offer). If they don't you will only receive the original amount. Please ask your guest to look in a bit more detail at what they have received regarding the booking.
Would anyone have an example of the request the guest gets? I'm unable to advice the guest how to approve the change as I'm not given any email about the pending change.
