I have never been able to contact anyone at airbnb. You said Google airbnb. How exactly? Go to airbnb.com? And then what?

I had to reject a reservation request because my calendar had been unblocked for some unknow reason. My only option seemed to be to hit the reject button. I had gotten a nice message from the guest and wanted to respond with a friendly explanation. I can find no way to even send them a message. Should I be able to send them a message? They asked me to phone them but their phone number was blocked. I've never been able to contact airbnb to get help. Thanks.

You cannot exchange contact information with guests until there has been a confirmed booking.
