Reservation marked cancelled.

I have a guest booked for the end of the month but their booking is marked  as cancelled in "My Reservations" even though they still show as arriving on my calender, I have coontacted them and they assure me that they are still coming and did not cancel their booking.

Does any one know how this happens and will Air BnB still call for their payment?

Hi @Wendy20, this is probably a database glitch at AirBnB (one of many unfortunately) so you had better speak to AirBnB on 0203 318 1111.
