Reservation showing up in trips but not listings

Should this be a concern? Or is it a no big issue? My reservation shows up in my trip but can't find it in listings.  Thanks in advance.

I think @Matthew786  has a confirmed reservation but the listing is no longer showing on the website.

@Matthew786 use the phone number on your booking confirmation and ask airbnb to check the host is still active, there are many reasons why they might have snoozed the listing.

@Matthew786

What do you mean by "can't find it in listings" ?

Meaning I can't find it in search results.

@Matthew786 where do you search? It is a trip and it shows in trips, listings are houses that hosts have uploaded.

@Matthew786

Your not making any sense. Why should a "reservation" be showing up in a search result at all?

If you made a booking as a guest, a confirmed booking will show up under " Trips".

If you are a host, then under "Listings" are all the listings (homes/rooms) you manage as a host.

Yes. This is exactly what I mean. But I just asked the host herself and she even said the listing is also missing. She says its something to do with the site and it'll be back up. I'm just curious because I am new to airbnb.

@Matthew786 Good news that your host responded. I wouldn't worry.

There are a number of reason why a listing can "disappear." The most obvious are that the host has booked through other channels and has no avaiable dates or has snoozed the listing to take a break.

The other possibility is that AirBNB is "punishing" the host for declining too many requests or not having enough days available. And then, there is that huge net of "technical glitch" which seems to happen fairly regularly.

Enjoy your travels!

Welp I guess this solves everything. Appreciate your help!
