Hello,
I've just got a reservation, but my calendar is still open for
the dates of this booking and it's not in the list of upcoming
reservations nor in the list of future transactions.
What shall I do?

Sounds like you got a booking a equiry and your guest has not confirmed/booked if the dates are still open in your diary, and there is nothing in your Reservations list.

Just because you pre-approve a booking does not mean the guest has booked. \

You will get an email when they actually book and pay.
