I have a reservation problem with a guest.
This is probably somewhat common , but I’ve never dealt with this exact situation!
my guest reserved my home for 1( himself) in his actual booking. Then in his hello message to me he states he and three of his friends are looking forward to their stay in my home, as they wanted to avoid a hotel.
So this resy was made in Oct 2018. I immediately messaged the guest asking him to clarify his booking due to the discrepancy. He never replied.
Soooo now he is due to check in tomorrow . I messaged him again yesterday about needing a correct count of guests prior to check in. Still no reply.
I messaged him through Airbnb and texted to the number provided . No reply.
What would you do ? Send him a reservation chabfecrequest with 4 guests instead of 1? Or????
