Hi 

I called over a month or two ago to block reservations on my account as I found a permanent roommate and the room is no longer avail for Airbnb. Despite of it I got a reservation for th end of May. Please cancel this reservation.

It is your responsibility to block dates on the calender if not available for booking, or remove your listing temporary or permanent from the the platform. You can also set the booking window option to: block all dates by default.

You can cancel the reservation yourself (but will be penalized) or contact Airbnb like this:
