@Cindi-And-Colin0 No. Third party bookings are against Airbnb's Terms of Service and you won't be covered for any guest issues if you accept these. Plus it seems to be common that when someone books for others, the others haven't read your listing description, house rules, or anything else. And sometimes they are even booking for someone else because the someone else has been banned from Airbnb for being a bad guest.
Hosts tend to message guests who do this something like "I'm sorry, but booking for others, if the booker isn't among the guests staying, contravenes Airbnb TOS and will render my insurance invalid. Please get the people who want to book this to set up their own account and book under it."
