we have a reoccurring problem with Airbnb reservation calendar 

yesterday , we got a message from someone in Moscow - asking to rent our apartment for dates which are available- but before we have pre approved him he has already placed the reservation and allegedly sent us payment

Instant book is turned on for your listing. That's what the little lightning bolt symbol beside your price means.

This means that guests can book without you having to accept or approve them.

What is instant book?

How do I turn instant book on or off?
