I'm cool with refunding for COVID. When I click "Offer Refund" from the clients request in the inbox, it takes me to the Resolution Center. The only button there is "Go To Inbox." Once there I go to Hosting and have to find the client all over again. Click on them and I'm literally back on the page I started. It's an endless loop. Help please!!!
@Laura4210 when your guest cancels, airbnb will issue the refund. There should not be a need to use the resoulution center for cancellation refunds. You have not yet received your payout, so there is nothing to refund. IF I understand your question correctly that is.
If you are a co-host then it will not work. Resolution center ONLY works when you login as the listing owner. That's definitely a major flaw in the Airbnb system and I don't understand why they are not solving it. Similar thing happens when guest is requesting money. The request only goes to the listing owner and no co-host will ever receive notice on that, even if you are listed as primary host.
