Resolution Payout not wired

Hello

 

Guest damaged the room, I charged some fee, guest accepted and now the money is pending under my "future transactions" over a month now. Payout method is set to default but its keep switching back to the email address, all others are set as default.  

I have contacted Airbnb and Camille there is not so responsive, the last respond was on May 9 and noting after that.

 

Any recommendations how to get the fee?

I'd recommend you try and contact Airbnb via the Contact Airbnb Guide in our help center.

The reservation was 2 month a go so it will not show up at the Contact your guest options any more. 

I have contatced the Airbnb several times but no reply...

 

The amount is still pending under my future transactions list...

Which method did you exactly use to contact Airbnb? Did they let you know that they are currently working on your case?
