I have been trying to send a %100 refund to a customer who has cancelled their stay. Originally they were scheduled next week and decided to change the dates instead of cancelling do to the Covid-19 out break. After they gave it more thought 50 hours later they decided to cancel that stay as well. Now they have been trying to get a refund what’s due to them and I’m trying to give them all their money back as well.
I have been trying to refund them for the last three days but keep getting the same server error

any ideas on how to process this refund.

@Richard1909 @Stacy37 I realize this is an old thread, but did either of you ever get a resolution to this issue? I'm having the same problem and Airbnb customer service hasn't come up with a solution yet. Thanks!
