I love my Airbnb Customer Service reps - they are always so helpful and thorogh. That being said, I have two very old Open Resolution Cases that are resolved to both my and the guests satisfaction - unpaid. But both the guests and I are fine, and consider these two cases CLOSED. However, they continue to appera on my Resolution Center home page. Airbnb has not been able to get rid of them and say that "we don't see any Open Resolution Cases" on your screen. BUt there they are - clear as day. How do I DELETE or ARCHIVE old cases? Ideas? Maybe a bug that needs some attention?
