This is somewhat of an emergency because I have 21 hours left to respond. A guest sent a booking inquiry, and when I click on "Respond," I get a page with nothing but tye toolbar and links below, no buttons or four relds to type in. i have tried several web browsers, several devices (iPad, phone, desktop) with the same result. This is obviously a bug in Airbnb's web site. Is anyone else having this pronblem?
To tackle a Blank page on AirBnB website simply hold control and refresh the page or hold control and click your link. Your browser has blocked the page as a pop-up.
I did this on Chrome (and should work on Firefox) but other browsers may have a different hotkey for the "Temporarily Allow Popup" function.
Making sure the site is Whitelisted in your browser extensions and firewalls should also help.
@Bob39 What operating system are you using? If you are using an internet browser such as Safari, use Google Chrome instead. Chrome works best on Airbnb. During my entire hosting career, I've used Chrome and never, ever, had any problems such as what you described.

Thank you Clare. I usually use the Airbnb app for most things. If I need to do something the app doesn't, I go to their web site, using Safari on my iPad. I'll give Chrome a try. Thanks!
