Response Rate

Hello guys, we are a brand new listing with only two confirmed bookings and one pending request.

The response rate is sitting at 0%, is this normal?

Importantly we pay Superhost South Africa to manage our listing completely, would this affect our response rating?

Data on Airbnb is often delayed.  It will update when you get 10 actions to which the data can calculate response rate.
