My listing (that is shown to guest) showed that i have a 95% response rate,
whereas it shows 100% response rate on my dashboard.
So far, i have not replied anyone late. All replies were given within 24 hours.
Can airbnb help me check on this issue?
i am afraid this might affect my listing and its rankings because as we know, airbnb places huge emphasis on response rate.
Please help because the number of viewings, enquiries and bookings for my unit has dropped dramatically over the past 3 weeks.
