I have had an email full of praise saying hooray my response rate is up to 90% but on the dashboard it still says 70%. Blinking heck I think my response rate is about 110%!
I am finding this very frustrating as my response rate has been downgraded to 80% although I responded to all my enquiries within a few hours and should be 100%. I responded to questions from my guests so did not pre-approve and I believe this has been taken as a non-response.
Does anyone know is there a way you can dispute the response rate with Airbnb. It is also in my superhost rating. There was a way once that you could contact them. Now it seems the robot has taken over and no one is home. I cannot find anywhere other than clicking on selected options which don't apply here, so we can raise a dispute with Airbnb in their ratings.

My listing (that is shown to guest) showed that i have a 95% response rate,
whereas it shows 100% response rate on my dashboard.
So far, i have not replied anyone late. All replies were given within 24 hours.
Can airbnb help me check on this issue?
i am afraid this might affect my listing and its rankings because as we know, airbnb places huge emphasis on response rate.
Please help because the number of viewings, enquiries and bookings for my unit has dropped dramatically over the past 3 weeks.

I agree with most of the other people. I have replied to 100% of the inquiries within 24 hours, yet my response rate keeps dropping.
I have emailed and called Airbnb multiple times on this. Each time they promise to fix it within a week and follow-up with me. Then they disappear and won't repond to my emails anymore. This is a big problem with Airbnb.
