I'm a new to this business and trying my maximum to satisfy my guests. I already have 7 "intant bookings" and I answer all the questions within 5-6 hours maximum. But as it seems, Airbnb doesn't track my Response rate, because it says that I have responded 0 messages.
Can you please give me advice what to do in this case, because I think that I'm loosing the chance to be a Superhost...
Instant Booking does not factor into your response rate, @Natia13 since the guest has already a confirmed booking. Respons rate is based on accepting or declining non-IB reservation requests. Answering questions does not count in response rate. Hope this helps
