Response rate

We just listed our home on Friday 7/29 and since then have replied to numerous requests for reservations as well as messages, however our response rate still says 0%?! Did this happen to anyone else? We have 6 reservations right now and have responded within hours, so not sure what is going on??

@Shannon43, as far as I recall the response rate can take a while to catch up. Just keep an eye on it and you should find that over the next week or so it sorts itself out.
