Response rate

Hello the wise community of Airbnb!

 

I'm a new to this business and trying my maximum to satisfy my guests. I already have 7 "intant bookings" and I answer all the questions within 5-6 hours maximum. But as it seems, Airbnb doesn't track my Response rate, because it says that I have responded 0 messages.

 

Can you please give me advice what to do in this case, because I think that I'm loosing the chance to be a Superhost...

Instant Booking does not factor into your response rate, @Natia13 since the guest has already a confirmed booking.  Respons rate is based on accepting or declining non-IB reservation requests.  Answering questions does not count in response rate. Hope this helps

Improving response rate and response time

To improve response rate and response time, do the following within 24 hours:

  • Accept or decline reservation requests
  • Pre-approve or decline trip requests
  • Reply to new messages from guests

By the way, I have Pre approved reservation once
