If I am hosting and there is a storm, lost of power/water, etc. what is my responsibility as a host?

@George459  Call the utility companies for an update on when they expect the power to be back on. If it's a few hours discount the day. If it's going to be a day or more I personally would contact AirBnB and get them relocated with full refund. Power and water are essentials necessary to a guest.
