Review Scoring - Host

Hi, could someone please explain to me why as a host you will get 5* in all bar one category (which was a 4*), have a glowing written review, but your overall review for that stay will show as a 4* review? 

Surely star ratings should be all scores added up and divided by the amount of categories, with anything above an overall 4.5 counting as 5*? 

I find this this very strange!

@Luke265   During the review process, the guest is prompted to give an "Overall" rating, separately from the individual category ratings.  There is no averaging-out of the categories.
