I’ve responded to the wrong person in a review. How can I alter it?

You cannot alter it yourself, @Isobel24 . You could try calling customer service, but I wouldn't. The guest won't see your response unless she goes back to your listing and looks it up for some reason. The system does not prompt guests when a host leaves a response to their review. If you like, you can write to her through the messaging and apologize for mixing up the names, etc.
