Hi @Don100  Airbnb should be able to take down a review from a guest that never stayed, have you contacted them?

AIRBNB just informed me they won’t remove reviews, even when a guest doesn’t stay. Not an acceptable policy in my opinion.

We had a guest cancelled and they left me all 1 star for the home

They didnt even go near the house! how is this fair on a host!
