apparently, I can see hosts' reviews about my potential guest - where do i click to see these?

Hello @Elo2,

When you receive an enquiry or reservation request you can see reviews that the potential guest has by

1) on the website click on their profile photo in the message

2) on the app, click on ther profile photo and then on the centre icon on the line that has their name.

Remember that the guest may be new to Airbnb and this could be their first booking. If this is true then they won't have any reviews yet. that's not necessarily a bad sign. I've had many first time guests and they were all great.

You can check what verifications they have. Information about this shows on their profile. You can respond to their messages by asking questions before accepting. that way you'lll get a feeling for what they're like.

Thank you, Steve. 

I clicked on the photo as you suggested and just get what appears below his name: that he's got a gov't issued ID, an email address and a phone number. What I want to see is what other hosts have said about him. Is there any other way?
