Hi. We have two guests who have extended their stay for the fourth time (they're finishing building a house). Each time one period ends we are prompted to give them a review (and they're prompted to give us reviews as well). Does this count against us if we don't review them or ask them to review us? We think the proper way is to wait until the end of their final stay and do one review only but we can't find a topic of this nature in the help files. Thanks, Bob and Anna.

@Bob-And-Anna0:

In order to be considered for SuperHost you have to have a minimum of 50% of your guests review their stay with you. If these particular guests provide one review at the end of four stays that would give you a 25% review rating which would put achieving SuperHost status in jeopardy. It also may affect your listing in the search algorythm. Good reviews are welcomed and lots of good reviews are better.

Hi Tim and Holly,

Our main concern was that reviews for the same Guests over multiple stays was not the correct or proper procedure but we will do this now.

Thanks for your help!

Bob and Anna.
