I have a guest who has left me a review, which I cannot read yet as I haven't left a review myself. I would rather not leave a review. I understand that if I don't leave a review myself I have to wait 14 days to see his review. My question is: can I post a remark on his review after the 14 days? When I search the answer on AirBnB it says that remarks can only be added within 14 days of the review being posted, but is that from the day that the reveiw was written or from the day that it became public (ie I can read it)?
This particular guest made a booking for two nights on the same day as the arrival date and then wanted to make a tentative booking for yet another single day three days later (ie a gap of 2 days). I have a two night minimum stay, so a bit complicated. He did come, but chose only to spend a few daytime hours (ie didn't spend the night!). He lives very close to us, but said he needed a place to relax as he had builders in his own house. I am overseas so didn't get to meet him in person. So don't really know what to write about him, and would therefore prefer not to say anything. I have no clue if he was happay with his stay or not, so in case he leaves a bad remark I want to be able to respond.
Thanks
