IM NEW TO ABnB, HAD MY FIRST HOSTING DECEMBER , VERY IMPRESSED OVER THE EXPERIENCE, NOW KNOWING HOSTING  IS FOR ME.  BUT NOW,  AFTER THE DECEMBER EXPERIENCE, THE NEW YEAR BRINGS UPGRADES TO MY HOSTING.   I HAVE A LARGE SINGLE STORY HOUSE (4 BDRMS) 2 OF WHICH ARE FURNISHED FOR ABnB.  NEED TO FOCUS ON PRICING?  PRIMARY ROOM IS PRICED AT $50 PER NIGHT.  HAVE A SECOND BDRM, SAME AS PRIMARY.  WISH TO RENT ADDITIONAL ROOM AT $40.  HOW DO I PRESENT THIS IN MY LISTING?

@Frank623,

If rooms are available for seperate reservations, you should create a listing for each room. If you also want to offer them both to 1 party, then create a third listing with both rooms and  make sure you link calenders to prevent double bookings:

Thank u Emiel for the advise, new to ABnB, trying hard to navigate the website.  Now that I can count on other hosts to help, it is certainly appreciated.  Do not want to discourage clientel, but I shall work on this immediately.  Preparing for summer guests, need to get it right.
