Want to send my guests a pdf House manual with directions, rules ect how do I do this please???

Cannot send my guest a pdf file.....hoow rediculous!  Want to send them my well thought out manula ahed of time so they can read it before coming to the house and get driections. thinkgt do if they arrive early ect.......why can you not send an attahcment o your guests??  Once they have been approved as a guest you should be able to sned them a photo or file.

You can use the special made airbnb mail created for the purpose. You can find it next to the guest profil picture in the reservation if I remember correctly. You can also when using the airbnb app apply photos etc. I have made a welcome and direction guide. The guest gets it automatically when the booking is made but I also add it to the greating message I send in the airbnb message system. I prefer to keep all communication with in the airbnb message system in case I need help from airbnb. And it has actually happend that I needed airbnb to be able to read a meesage feed between me and a guest. Best, Sandra

I just saw this in the thread "Your check-in guide – what are your tips?" and took a screenshot of it. If I were you I would make sure to add as much direction info etc. with in the airbnb message board. I can see you are a new host and I definitely recommend to read a lot in this community because there is so much more to hosting than one might think. I have learned a lot myself. Happy hosting.
