Rooms and Rates

Hello,

I have been an AirBnB host for three eyars now and I just helped a friend set up her B&B on AirBnB. She has two rooms, each wth a provate bath. The rates are lets say 200 per night, that is for each room. I am not sure if AirBnB is thinking its for both rooms? How do I tell that she will be paid the right amount for the reservations?

If you have 2 rooms available you need to make 2 listings.

Thank you much Jeff. I thought that might be the case but I wasnt sure. Makes a big difference for sure! And a word of note, I was just checking in our own B&B guests from the UK! Small word the first reply came from the UK.

My thought is to make one listing for each room. Saying there are two rooms for rent on the property. This is room number one. Etc.
