SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN suddenly popping up

In the last month "sensitive contents hidden" has begun to pop up within my private Airbnb dialogues AFTER bookings.  I ALWAYS get the best email and phone nmber for my guests while they are travelling to/from and staying in my property. (These are NOT always the same as the ones in their profile.)  There have been several times that I needed to reach guests quickly & one of us did not have a wifi connection.  I feel it is wrong for this info to be blocked/removed AFTER the stay has been secured/paid for.  Has anyone else noticed this?  Can anyone explain why this may be happening?
