Hi - can anybody help me with getting the SWIFT/BIC number. When i follow the prompts, i do not know what to do or what info they require. Would appreciate it. I live in South Africa. thanks, Wendy

Hi all

Wendy, I too have this problem. I now have had guests and I can't get paid. I put in all my bank details etc. But then there is the swift/BIC code thing. Where in earth do I get that number in order for airbnb to pay me for my hosting of my guests. It's really frustrating and not user friendly. Why can't they just ask for the bank details and Notnagel to go through this whole swift code schlep. Need assistance on this or I may consider no longer being a host on airbnb....

Best to just phone your bank and ask for the BIC - it's not routinely printed on statements or correspondence for personal accounts in most countries.
