Seattle Host, using additional channels partners?

Hello,

We've lowered our rates WAY down, but we're still having trouble getting enough bookings. So my question is, have other Seattle hosts tried using additional reservation channels like; Bookings, TripAdvisor, Expedia, etc.

If you have, what calendar syncing software would you recommend?

@Jon32 not in Seattle, but Portland and the olympic peninsula. Since your listings are entire homes you could consider Homeaway/Vrbo. You don't need any special software to sync calendars, if that's the extent of linkage you are looking for.

You could look at pricing software such as usewheelhouse.com to automatically set your prices. This has really helped me with occupancy and revenue.
